POSITION SUMMARY:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a qualified Scrum Master to oversee a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a delivery pod/application team while ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the activities of the delivery pod/application team, ensuring alignment with agile practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the workflow of the team based on the defined roadmaps.
  • Prepare and present key deliverables and artifacts that demonstrate the progress of the delivery pods/application teams, including metrics such as velocity and sprint burn-up/burn-down charts.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and identify areas for continuous enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science).
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience in the Health Care sector.
  • Familiarity with the SAFE framework.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation range reflects the lowest to highest potential pay for this role, subject to factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and business needs. This range may be adjusted in the future.

Kforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees may be eligible for paid sick leave under certain conditions.

NOTE: Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The specifics of any compensation remain at Kforce's discretion until paid.
