Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Work within pre-defined schedules to set and manage goals, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Testing and Simulation: Conduct thorough testing and simulation of accessory components and technologies to ensure they meet required test criteria.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data using pre-set tools and methods to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Prepare and present test result documentation to stakeholders.
- Engineering Specifications: Issue test specifications for evaluation of components and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Integration and Correlation: Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to relay information and ensure seamless integration of accessories.
- Supplier Management: Coordinate schedules for supplier testing and reporting to ensure timely delivery of high-quality accessories.
- Engineering Solution Design: Conduct testing countermeasure activity to optimize components and processes.
- Improvement and Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize components and processes, driving innovation and improvement within the team.
- Personal Development: Develop expertise and capability through training activities and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience, with 1 year of project leadership experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to read and write Honda drawings and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in various software platforms, including NEWS, Catia, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
