Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Concentra. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine medical procedures and testing under the supervision of a treating clinician
  • Prepare patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and conducting ancillary testing
  • Assist providers during examinations and treatments
  • Triaging emergent patients and preparing for procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with patients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent experience
  • At least six months of medical assistant experience
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
