About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing current systems and processes to identify automation opportunities and proposing improvements. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand modernization goals and translate them into technical requirements.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in automation engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial automation tools and vendor platforms, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as TSQL, VB, or C#.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Strategy and Development: Design and implement automation solutions that align with our modernization objectives.
  • Modernization Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand modernization goals and translate them into technical requirements.
  • System Integration and Optimization: Ensure smooth integration of automation solutions with existing systems and platforms.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in modernization and system integration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as TSQL, VB, or C#, experience with industrial automation tools and vendor platforms, and knowledge of Layer 2 Networking, VM Management, Windows-based PCs.
