About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Operate as a cashier, handling transactions and assisting customers with payment plans, warranty information, and returns.
  • Navigate front and back of house operations, including store greeter duties, basic quality control, inventory, and upholding merchandising standards.
  • Cross-train in areas such as Care and Cleaning, virtual sales, merchandise transfers, and other vital tasks.
  • Understand the functions of the shop, and assist with the flow of merchandise in and out of the jewelry shop to ensure customers receive their pieces in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Prior customer-facing experience is required; jewelry sales experience is not mandatory—we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends is a must, with the perk of being closed on 7 major holidays.
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
  • Proficient in basic math and cash handling.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
