Job Title: Dietitian

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized nutritional plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with ESRD patients preferred.
