Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized nutritional plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical nutrition research and best practices
- Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry
- Current state licensure (if required by the state)
- Minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with ESRD patients preferred
