Main Event Caterers is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Event Staff team as Event Servers (Butlers). In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients and their guests, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Team:- You will be part of a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional events.
- You will work closely with experienced event coordinators, chefs, and servers to ensure seamless execution of events.
- You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
This position requires previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment. You must also possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Set up and arrange event spaces according to specific requirements, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs throughout the event, providing attentive and personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas and dining spaces, including clearing tables and resetting as needed.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless coordination of service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, following proper procedures for handling and serving food.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving and arranging furniture and other equipment.
Main Event Caterers offers competitive compensation, ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
