Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and filing of court documents, including complaints, answers, and motions.
- Conduct research and gather information for case development and trial preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate and detailed records of case files, deadlines, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
- Collaborate with the legal team to identify and address potential issues and concerns.
- Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
