Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries, provide pricing information, and process orders.
  • Source and manage product inventory.
  • Negotiate pricing for sales and purchases.
  • Proactively drive sales and promote Ssgnetwork offerings.
  • Expedite the handling of backorders.
  • Assist in inventory management and shipment preparation.
  • Facilitate customer returns.
  • Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
  • Experience in sales and industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driving record.

Compensation: Base Salary ranges from 45k to 60k, with bonus opportunities and potential for advancement into outside sales roles.
