Job Overview

The Sales Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion by converting leads into signed contracts and fostering long-term relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include scheduling homeowner visits, generating leads through diverse channels, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and finalizing contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Promote the company's product/services addressing client objectives.
  • Closely manage customer relationships and negotiate transactions.
Requirements
  • A degree from an accredited 4-year college or university with a major in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of selling experience in the home building, remodeling, or renovation markets.
  • Strong selling skills, including active listening, determining needs, creating solutions, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and work with contracts providing for construction services or financing.
  • A clear understanding of home insurance and claims processing.
  • Excellent 4-function math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM systems, including mobile access.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including remaining calm and clear under challenging circumstances.
Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000 per annum.
