About the Job

The Senior Personal Banker will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling a wide range of customer needs, including sales and service, consumer loan origination, and teller transactions. This role requires a strong needs-based selling approach, providing solutions tailored to individual customer needs and preferences. Additionally, the Senior Personal Banker will be responsible for referring customers to other lines of business to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and promoting bank products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by actively monitoring their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively listen to customers, identify their needs, and expand and deepen customer relationships.
  • Adapt to differences in customers and respond to verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Present solutions through product benefits, establish a clear difference, and overcome resistance to complete sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the banking team to achieve customer service and sales objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Previous teller or cash handling and consumer loan experience preferred.
