Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Sturdy Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing complex Nuclear Medicine procedures, including dose calculations and administration, as well as standard imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of complex Nuclear Medicine procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Conduct dose calculations and administration, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Operate imaging equipment, including dynamic and static imaging procedures
  • Perform quality control procedures and minor routine maintenance tasks on equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Broad knowledge of the diagnostic nuclear medicine field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Synapse/PACS experience
  • Experience with NMIS/ECAM/ADAC equipment
Education and Certification
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Associate's degree of Science preferred
  • ARRT (N) or CNMT certification; Massachusetts state license required
