About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for applying the use of radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine/PET CT procedures under the direction of a qualified physician, chief, and/or senior technologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images of specific body parts.
  • Perform all activities according to federal, state, local, hospital policies, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear).
  • And/or: Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) or (RT), preferred.
  • Obtain a CT Registry for PET/CT from American College of Radiology within one year of employment.
  • CPR Certified (BLS).
  • Knowledge of the needs and behaviors of infant, child, adolescent, adult, and older adult patients preferred.
