As a key member of the organization's leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision, ensuring program compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting the successful integration of clients into the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation services to clients, including individualized treatment plans and regular assessments.
- Supervise and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Participate in program development and implementation, including the creation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to accreditation and licensure.
- Conduct chart audits and participate in the performance improvement/progressive disciplinary process.
- Provide client coverage in the absence of direct reports, including providing direct client treatment and care.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, mental health counseling, or rehabilitation counseling.
- Licensed in the state of Maryland as a LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, or LCADC, or certified as a CPRP.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a mental health setting, with a focus on psychiatric rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and electronic health records.
- Experience supervising mental health professionals.
- Knowledge of accreditation and licensure standards, including those related to The Joint Commission and CARF.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, and/or dually diagnosed with mental health and substance use conditions.
This is a hybrid remote position, with the requirement to report to the office as needed. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.
