Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Psyhchiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation services that meet the needs of individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement rehabilitation services that meet the needs of individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.
* Oversee the treatment planning and monitoring of progress for the caseloads of all rehabilitation coordinators.
* Assist the Program Director in ensuring that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements.
* Assist the Program Director in leading site visits conducted by regulatory bodies.
* Monitor all clients' charts for compliance with current regulatory body standards.
* Provide crisis intervention and problem-solving for clients as needed.
* Ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements.
* Perform all compliance issues as they apply to care regulations.
* Market three new clients monthly to grow the business.

Qualifications:

* Must have experience with medical electronic systems.
* Must have knowledge of the state authorization process.
* Must know the CARF policy.
* Must have PRP experience.

Requirements:

* At least two years of working within a psychiatric facility or PRP.
* Must have a degree in social work.
