Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing various tasks in the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders.
  • Document incoming and outgoing items, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
  • Maintain stock levels of shop supplies, ensuring availability for team members.
  • Loading and unloading materials to and from designated storage areas.
  • Verify documented counts against physical counts of stock.
  • Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale.
  • Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
  • Drive truck or forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials.
  • Pickup and deliver customer equipment, shop supplies, parts, etc.
  • Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties (change light bulbs, remove trash, communicate work orders, etc.).

Benefits
