We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Green Meadows Health Care Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and promoting their speedy recovery.
Responsibilities:- Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures, such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and fill in patients' charts.
- Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.
- Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise and train nursing assistants.
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops and conferences.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an LPN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- A valid nursing license.
