Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Project Engineer, you will be responsible for executing plan drafting using AutoCAD and Civil3D software, adjusting and correlating data, and preparing improvement plans and specifications for subdivisions, commercial developments, and public works projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute plan drafting using AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
  • Adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow operations through a series of related and detailed steps or processes.
  • Prepare improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of calculations such as storm drain, wastewater, water system, earthwork quantities, transportation, cost estimates, and other supporting documentation for public and private projects.
  • Take an active role in new business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering from a four-year, board-approved engineering curriculum.
  • Typically, a minimum of 4 years of civil engineering experience after educational requirements.
  • 2 years or more of land development experience highly preferred.
  • Possesses PE certification or eligible to take the PE exam within six months of hire.
