Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and direct engineering studies and special projects
  • Lead and advise technical teams on engineering procedures and practices
  • Conduct engineering analysis for studies and projects, including technical planning, data collection, modeling, and risk estimation
  • Provide technical reviews and peer reviews of designs, drawings, and technical documents
  • Lead technical teams on large and complex projects, guiding the critical path and preparing project management documents
  • Apply analytical techniques and project management principles to direct and manage projects
  • Communicate effectively with all levels and types of audiences, including senior leadership and technical teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Professional registration or licensure as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or Professional Engineer (PE)
  • At least 1 year of specialized experience in civil engineering, including experience working as a team lead or project manager on large projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
