Astro Pak is seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR consultation and support to designated business units to define and execute P&C strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives.
- Utilize knowledge of various P&C functions to provide tactical support to line managers, including employee development, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Build strong relationships with management and employees through a highly consultative and collaborative approach.
- Act as a dedicated champion for organizational health and effective culture, proactively listening to issues arising from the workforce and providing recommendations related to engagement strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Perform an active role in providing conflict resolution and manage leave of absences to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. High school degree and equivalent experience required.
- Four to six years of well-rounded HR experience with at least two years of experience in functional HR roles or HR Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant labor laws and practices.
- Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues.
- Proven and successful problem-solving experience.
Astro Pak offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $82,500 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including highly employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, retirement savings and 401k plans, flexible spending, family leave, training, paid time off, travel pay/per diems, and overtime opportunities.
