As a Clinical Nurse Specialist on our STAT Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all on-campus medical emergencies, collaborating closely with critical care staff, patients, and families.

- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to critical care staff during emergency situations.">
- Maintain accurate patient surveillance and screening records.">
- Collaborate effectively with Critical Care Patient Coordinator/Direct Admit/Heartlink staff to ensure seamless patient care.">
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.">
- Contribute to a culture of excellence within the hospital by promoting evidence-based practice, quality improvement initiatives, and team collaboration.">

Required Qualifications:
">">We require a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or multistate licensure through NLC/eNLC. Current ACLS/BLScertification is also essential. Successful candidates should possess excellent assessment, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
