As a Shift Leader, you will oversee restaurant operations during your shifts.   • Ability to make sound decisions and follow through effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Skills Required
  • Basic proficiency in PC functions for preparing various reports.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, and Health Department regulations is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and guide team members.
  • Basic understanding of both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
