Key Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will oversee restaurant operations during your shifts. You will gain valuable management experience from our General Managers and apply these skills to enhance team performance. This role offers opportunities for advancement, with the potential to progress to Assistant Manager and General Manager positions.
Your primary responsibilities will include excelling in customer service, managing game room activities, and overseeing food production. We are looking for individuals who lead by example and are committed to continuous learning. The ability to multitask and supervise a diverse team is essential, as this position requires active leadership rather than passive management.
Immediate Opportunities Available:
- Part-time and Full-time positions
- Availability for evenings and weekends is required
- Previous management experience is essential
Qualifications and Skills

- High School diploma or GED; a college degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of two years of management experience in the food service, hospitality, or retail sectors is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to make sound decisions and follow through effectively.
- Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic proficiency in PC functions for preparing various reports.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, and Health Department regulations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach and guide team members.
- Basic understanding of both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
