**Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at A Raymond. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and driving efficiency.

• Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements.
• Quality Control: Direct and implement departmental safety programs to ensure the safety of individuals working in the area and assure product quality.
• Production Planning: Determine manufacturing priorities based on established weekly production schedules and make daily assignments.
• Equipment Maintenance: Direct routine equipment maintenance and setup, and report machine and equipment malfunctions to the proper department.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with other supervisory personnel to coordinate activities across individual departments within the plant, and lead and motivate production teams to achieve production goals.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve work problems or assist in solving work problems using Kaizen tools, and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate time/attendance and production records.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and/or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and effectively communicate with production teams and other stakeholders.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
