Job Title: Production Supervisor

At A Raymond, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor and control production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control measures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of production workers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
