About the Role: As a valuable member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing Speech Therapy services to patients at various locations. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Current state licensure or license eligible
  • Current ESA Certificate or ESA eligible
