We are currently hiring for various positions:

  • Full-time

While a background in the jewelry industry is beneficial, it is not a requirement. We provide ample resources to help you learn about the designers we represent and develop essential selling skills for long-term success.

Compensation:

Our sales team enjoys a competitive compensation structure that includes an hourly base pay rate, monthly commissions, and health benefits for full-time associates.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Proven sales performance with at least 6 months of retail experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
