We are seeking a highly skilled individual for an on-site opportunity.

Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience.

This role requires an individual contributor to engage with clients on the On-prem Oracle EBS WMS module.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a "Lead Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS WMS" to join our team at PamTen, focusing on transformation initiatives for our clients.

Work Location: Flexible arrangements available.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering or a Bachelor of Science, with a preference for an MBA from an accredited institution.
  • Over 8 years of experience in the Oracle EBS WMS (Warehouse Management System) module, including 2-3 complete implementations and development projects.
  • A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in drafting Requirement Specifications, end-to-end solution design, and possessing a strong understanding of Oracle EBS WMS configuration and functional knowledge.
  • Experience in integrating EBS WMS with distribution modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Work in Progress, and Bill of Materials.
  • Proficient in creating Functional specifications, test scripts, training manuals, and configurations using OUM methodology.
  • Ability to manage Functional specification schedules independently and document meeting minutes, while addressing any outstanding questions.
  • Support and collaborate closely with the development team during the CEMLI build phase and unit testing.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships for both project and ongoing support functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with both onsite and offshore teams.
  • A service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and highly focused.
  • Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with business leaders and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical understanding of Oracle EBS WMS, including underlying tables, views, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project scoping and requirement gathering workshops.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure acceptance of solutions and proper documentation of deviations from standards.
  • Develop Solution Architecture patterns and promote the adoption of best practices for standardized solution designs.
  • Documentation, system configuration, and testing.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to the team.
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure comprehensive solution configuration, development, and functional testing according to design and business test cases.
  • Plan and conduct system integration testing, user training, user acceptance testing, and preparation for go-live.
  • Support cross-skilling of team members and contribute to practice Center of Excellence activities.
