**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Greet and Welcome Guests**: Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, making them feel at home.
  • **Take and Serve Orders**: Follow our steps of service to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • **Beer and Menu Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our beer selection and menu offerings to provide expert recommendations to our guests.
  • **Prepare Beverages**: Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to our recipe procedures, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • **Present Guest Check and Take Payment**: Accurately process transactions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
  • **Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment**: Ensure our bar station and service areas are clean, organized, and meet our high standards.
  • **Work Independently**: Complete duties with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

**Requirements**

  • **Previous Bartending Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a bartending role is required.
  • **Age Requirement**: Must be at least 21 years old, as per applicable state and local regulations.
  • **Availability**: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday shifts.
  • **Physical Demands**: Ability to continuously stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • **Technical Skills**: Ability to competently operate our point-of-sale system and beverage equipment.
