Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service. You will work closely with our management team to achieve high performance in areas such as restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure Team Members Provide Outstanding Service - You will be responsible for ensuring that our team members provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Assist Management with Training and Coaching - You will assist our management team with training and coaching our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Utilize AES Systems - You will utilize our AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
  4. Implement Restaurant Controls - You will implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory, to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
  5. Set and Meet Restaurant Goals - You will work with our management team to set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results.

Requirements

  • Reliable Vehicle and Valid Driver's License - You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to ensure that you can travel to and from work.
  • ServSafe Certification - You must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to Work in Warm and Cold Temperatures - You must be able to work in warm and cold temperatures, as well as stand for 8-10 hours.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 50lbs - You must be able to lift up to 50lbs, as well as climb ladders for general maintenance.
  • Ability to Perform Physical Demands - You must be able to perform the following physical demands: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.
