We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Mugsy Jeans boutique team in the 2nd Street District, Austin. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs and store operations
  • Participate in general store maintenance, including cleanliness and upkeep of the store
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
  • Model flexibility and reliability by working varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
  • Support other brands in the market/cluster under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations, and/or additional coverage
  • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus
  • Perform opening and closing tasks in the store, with potential to carry store keys
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Hold one or more years of luxury experience, preferably in accessories or bridal
  • Comfortably work with/using a ladder and lift a maximum of 50lbs
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods

  • Detail Oriented: Operates with high efficiency and effectiveness, consistently produces polished and quality work
