About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics in Austin, TX. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our brand culture and values, providing expert knowledge to customers on our products and services.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and enhance the customer's purchase journey.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, weighing up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams and maintain great interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
