Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

· The Regulatory Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting various functions related to vendor authorization, insurance updates, certificates of insurance (COIs), and operational licenses.

· Manage and process applications for licensing and renewals efficiently.

· Ensure the maintenance of precise records concerning licenses and certifications.

· Aid in the preparation of documentation necessary for audits, inspections, and renewals.

· Provide essential administrative assistance to executives on compliance-related matters.

· Conduct thorough research on licensing regulations and requirements.

· Responsible for the accurate tracking of all compliance-related items within the organization's project management tools.

· Identify opportunities and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

· At least two years of experience in areas related to insurance renewals, COIs, or operational licenses.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with distinct deadlines and priorities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
