About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Mini Miracles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient clinical services to pediatric clients. Your expertise and compassion will enable you to assess, document, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and communicate effectively with families and paraprofessionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pediatric assessments to identify individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions using various techniques and modalities
- Collaborate with therapists and paraprofessionals to ensure seamless client care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client progress and communication notes
