Position Overview

Licensed Clinical Therapist - LPC, LCSW, LMFT

At Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling, we prioritize the mental well-being of our clients and our team members alike.

We are currently seeking licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for both full-time and part-time roles.

Flexible scheduling options are available, including a hybrid work model.

Compensation Details:

  • The salary range for this role is between $58,300 and $103,900 annually. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are available. Compensation is determined by various factors such as education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fully licensed in Oregon.
  • At least two years of clinical experience with an independent mental health license.
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling discipline.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic technology.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Self-motivated and capable of establishing rapport with clients quickly.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Competence in addressing a variety of clinical issues.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience in couples or family therapy.
  • Knowledge in health psychology.
