Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Portland. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the face of the bank, working with our team to directly service individual and business clients. This is an impactful position, both for the bank and for your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding solutions-based service to clients, understanding their financial needs and creating strong relationships.
  • Perform a wide variety of service tasks, including teller functions, opening new checking and savings accounts/services, and handling moderately complex transactions professionally and accurately.
  • Recognize other financial service needs, such as mortgages, commercial loans, and investment services, and refer clients to appropriate banking specialists.
  • Work well with business and individual clients, providing them with the services they need to help their businesses be successful.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a sales orientation.
  • Demonstrated success in accuracy with cash or data management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college coursework preferred.
