Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical repair or a related field; experience with hydraulics is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret repair manuals and possess strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Completion of all necessary training provided by Noble Casing Inc and industry standards.
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school, or 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Physical Demands:
  • Light Duty: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with frequent lifting of items weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Medium Duty: Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Heavy Work: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting of items weighing 50 pounds or more.

Work Environment:
This position may involve exposure to:

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $30 to $35, commensurate with experience.
