Key Responsibilities:
As an Outpatient Nurse, your primary focus will be on medication management and administration.
Work Schedule:
Part-time commitment of 24 hours per week, with shifts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Enjoy a $3/hour differential for Saturday shifts.
Compensation:
LPN Rate: $30.50/hour for benefitted positions
RN Rate: $32.50/hour for benefitted positions
Additional $3/hour weekend differential for all nursing staff.
Benefits:
- No mandatory overtime or on-call shifts
- Consistent working hours with no late stays
- Every other weekend or Saturday required for most full-time roles
- Most clinics are closed on Sundays and holidays
- Generous PTO accrual starting at 5 weeks in the first year, increasing to 6 weeks after one year for full-time nurses
- PTO eligibility for 24 and 32-hour positions at a reduced rate
- Annual performance-based raises and fiscal/holiday bonuses for both part-time and full-time staff
- 401K plan with company matching up to 7%
- Tuition reimbursement available up to $1500/year or loan forgiveness starting at $2000/year
