Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee production output, manage scheduling, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Software Familiarity: Experience with inventory management software and operational improvement systems.

  • Effective Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Time Management: Skilled in setting and managing production timelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying and resolving operational challenges.

  • Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of basic LED lighting and power supply systems.
  • Finishing Skills: Capable of sanding, painting, and applying various finishes.

Note: Candidates must provide their own tools. Some consumables will be supplied by NAS Sign Company Inc. Ability to interpret drawings is essential.

A valid driver's license is required. Some roles may involve on-site assessments and installations.


Forklift certification is advantageous, and willingness to operate a bucket truck safely is a plus.


On-the-job training will be provided.
