We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Amusement Train Conductor to join our team at Casa De Fruta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of our guests on our train and carousel attractions.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.
• Ride Operation: Safely operate the train and carousel, adhering to all procedures and protocols.
• Safety and Maintenance: Conduct regular safety checks and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the rides.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide a seamless experience for our guests.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Math Skills: Possess basic math skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Inspection Forms: Be able to comprehend and fill out inspection forms accurately.
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Having basic mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required.
• Certifications: Basic First Aid and CPR Certification is preferred, but training will be provided as needed.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to cleaning products, paint, diesel fuel, lubrication oil, and other chemicals. You will be required to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods, as well as work in a variety of weather conditions.

• Bilingual: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
• CPR and First Aid: Possess CPR and First Aid Certification.
