**Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at INFOSAGE SYSTEMS. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their skills and expertise to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide direct patient care to Medical/Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Float to other areas as needed to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.
**Requirements**
  • 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience required.
  • First-time travelers are accepted.
  • Must pass cardiac exam at orientation.
  • Floating required: Must be willing to float to other areas.
  • Skills required: Med Surg and MS/Tele experience, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response.
  • Day shift 12x4.

  • Job duration: 15 weeks.
  • Job type: Travel nursing, Contract.
  • Pay: $2,774.00 per week.
**Experience and Qualifications**
  • Nursing: 2 years (Required).
  • BLS Certification (Required).
  • ACLS Certification (Required).
