Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Gateway Vista campus in Lincoln, NE. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and contributing to our mission of celebrating life in environments we create.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the campus during assigned shifts.
- Direct the day-to-day cares of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Supervise, coordinate, monitor, direct, develop, and assist with comprehensive care given to residents, utilizing PointClickCare (PCC) Healthcare Software to chart and access patient data.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid RN/LPN License from the appropriate state, including required CEU's.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification in Long Term or Acute Care.
