Role Summary:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of Military Satellite Communication Towers, managing all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine construction strategies.
- Travel to various project sites for extended periods, ensuring hands-on oversight of operations.
- Identify and recruit qualified subcontractors and construction teams.
- Manage logistics, material flow, and on-site supervision to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and surveys to inform project planning.
- Implement performance metrics to monitor project progress and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or general contracting.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in civil and structural engineering.
- Experience with military or aerospace projects is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale construction initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
