As an Outdoor Activities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of our guests by facilitating a variety of engaging activities available at Triple Creek Ranch.
We seek dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment.
This position involves constant interaction with guests, providing guidance and instruction on various activities.
At Triple Creek Ranch, we aim to create a memorable Montana getaway for our guests, and we rely on our employees to help deliver that experience. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a dynamic work setting and possess a keen eye for detail to elevate our guests' overall enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead guests on scenic tours of the ranch and surrounding areas.
- Instruct guests in Sapphire Panning techniques.
- Provide guidance in Archery, Hatchet Throwing, Cross Cut Sawing, Branding, and Fire Starting, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Facilitate beginner Mountain Biking and Hiking sessions at designated locations.
- Assist with Fly Casting and pond fishing activities.
- Transport guests to and from the airport as needed.
- Maintain fishing gear and assist guests in obtaining fishing licenses.
- Oversee tennis facilities, horseshoe pits, and other outdoor activity equipment.
- Guide guests in reading forest maps and local trail maps.
- Provide games, movies, and other items to enhance guest experiences.
- Support gift shop operations and maintain accurate sales records.
- Conduct tours of the lodge and cabins for new guests.
- Inform guests about available activities and accommodate their requests within management guidelines.
- Keep detailed records accessible to other Activity Coordinators.
- Capture memorable moments of guests during various activities.
- Utilize basic computer skills for internet searches and reservation systems.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Triple Creek Ranch operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a lively environment with numerous distractions.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and navigate stairs.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Experience in operating and maintaining small equipment and tools.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Commitment to professional and courteous guest interactions.
- Ability to work cooperatively and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Trustworthiness and integrity in handling guests' and co-workers' belongings.
- Completion of required first aid and CPR training.
- Certification in Alcohol Service.
