Customer Education

Documentation and Compliance

Complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery, or pickups, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Customer Support

Assist customers with equipment problems under emergency conditions, providing timely and effective support.

Order Processing

Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customers receive their equipment promptly.

Community Outreach

Promote services and products to referral sources in the community, building relationships and increasing awareness of AdaptHealth LLC's offerings.

Quality Improvement

Assist with the implementation of quality improvement programs, ensuring that company policies are met and exceeded.

Vehicle Maintenance

Safely drive and maintain company vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working condition.

Patient Assessment

Perform patient assessments and re-assessments to ensure that customers receive the best possible care.

Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.

Reporting and Compliance

Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalency required; one year of military, delivery driver with sales component, or healthcare technician experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

Subject to long periods of sitting and driving; may be exposed to unsanitary conditions, hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme heat/cold, and direct or indirect contact with airborne, bloodborne, and/or other potentially infectious pathogens.

Communication Skills

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers, demonstrating empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy.
