About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our team at BMW Group. As an IT Applications Implementation Co-op, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business functions and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement project management elements to enhance collaboration and alignment.
  • Design and implement internal process improvements using agile and lean methodologies.
  • Support major projects spanning across the organization, including the Inbound Strategy and Vehicle Launch projects.
  • Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with an open mind to innovative ideas.
  • German skills preferred.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Able to complete 3 work terms for Co-op positions.
  • Able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
