Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Residential Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and order of our community. This role involves ensuring both common areas and resident suites are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire community, with a focus on daily upkeep of common areas and weekly cleaning of resident suites.
  • Promptly address any maintenance requests and report any observed deterioration or damage to building furnishings to the Housekeeping team lead or supervisor.
  • Operate the laundry room as needed, ensuring efficient and hygienic operation.
  • Communicate any shortages of cleaning supplies, equipment (brooms, mops, buckets), etc., to the Housekeeping team leader or supervisor.
  • Clean office areas when assigned, maintaining a professional and organized workspace.
  • Dust and clean all window blinds in the community, ensuring clear visibility and a fresh appearance.
  • Thoroughly dust all furniture, bookshelves, and other surfaces in resident suites and common areas.
  • Adhere to approved cleaning agents and maintain up-to-date Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all cleaning products.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn chemical and biohazard guidelines, ensuring safe handling practices.
  • Keep common area bathrooms impeccably clean and well-stocked.
  • Prepare vacant suites for new residents by conducting a thorough cleaning process.
  • Actively participate in team meetings as scheduled, contributing to open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
