We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between product development and our customer community, ensuring successful deployment and implementation of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a conduit between customers and the software development team, facilitating the flow of requirements
- Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, and workshops
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
- Analyze and identify data issues, providing solutions for core systems and data mapping
- Critically evaluate information, reconciling conflicts and distinguishing user requests from underlying needs
Qualified candidates will possess strong analytical and product management skills, with a thorough understanding of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
A strong understanding of technical designs, database structures, and specifications is a plus. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and exhibit strong oral, written, and reasoning abilities is essential.
A four-year college degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred.
