Job Opportunity - Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team to ensure the optimal performance of manufacturing equipment. This role involves strategic planning and execution of maintenance activities to support production goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance maintenance systems to maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Effectively prioritize, plan, and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and communicate with the maintenance workforce to ensure accountability.
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators for production lines.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations through established protocols.
  • Drive process improvements to boost team productivity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of maintenance staff.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Limited travel may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong self-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in information management and computer systems.
  • Experience with effective maintenance methodologies.
  • Ability to work various shifts and a strong understanding of PLC and industrial electronics.
