Job Overview

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a skilled Safety Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' products with national, regional, and international standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assess products designed to meet industry standards, including UL, CSA, IEC, and EN standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, technical files, and certificates to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement test plans, working closely with test engineers to conduct tests safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct tests in our labs or at customer sites as needed.
  • Provide technical advice to clients and support the sales team in preparing quotations.
  • Travel domestically or internationally as required.
Requirements
  • Experience with product safety and compliance, preferably in an NRTL, test lab, or manufacturer environment.
  • Engineering background or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
